Maple Knoll Village, a continuing care retirement community located in Springdale, OH, is seeking a friendly, personable, and customer service-oriented CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a CDL with a passenger endorsement, have at least two years of driving experience with older adults, and maintain a safe driving record. This is fulltime hourly position. The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. Pay is based on prior experience. The hours for this position are 8a-4p. This role requires flexibility with your schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport residents to and from scheduled activities on and off campus.
- Ensure a positive, welcoming experience for residents during transit.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment in accordance with federal, state, and local safety standards.
- Adhere to all applicable driving and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL with passenger endorsement.
- Minimum of two years of driving experience, preferably with older adult populations.
- Demonstrated safe driving record.
- Personable, customer service-focused, and reliable.
- Flexible availability to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays.
