Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and maintain social media content calendars across all assigned properties and brands.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, PR, Events, and Operations teams to identify content opportunities and support business initiatives.
- Develop, propose, and execute original content concepts from ideation through final delivery.
- Create property-specific content that reflects the unique identity of each hotel,
- restaurant, theater, and destination while maintaining overall brand consistency.
- Capture original photo and video content through on-site shoots, events, activations, and day-to-day property coverage.
- Edit photo and video assets for use across social media platforms, ensuring
- adherence to brand standards and platform best practices.
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and social copy that support campaign objectives and audience engagement.
- Schedule, publish, and manage content across all social media platforms.
- Adapt content strategies and creative assets based on platform trends, audience behavior, and performance insights.
- Provide real-time social media coverage of property activations, seasonal campaigns, events, openings, and special experiences.
- Serve as the primary voice of assigned brands across social media channels.
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and audience inquiries across all platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor brand mentions and participate in social listening to identify opportunities for engagement and community growth.
- Develop and execute engagement initiatives that foster brand loyalty and meaningful audience interactions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Monitor analytics, audience insights, and key performance metrics to evaluate
- Content effectiveness.
- Utilize performance data to optimize content strategy and inform future creative decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive messaging and storytelling across all digital channels.
- Manage multiple property accounts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand's tone, aesthetic, and standards of excellence.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts or brands
- Strong photography and videography skills (mobile and/or professional equipment)
- Proficiency in content editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.)
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
