Duties & Responsibilities
- Support and help drive delegated projects and timelines, ensuring priorities stay on track, stakeholders remain aligned, and deliverables are completed thoughtfully and on time.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses that support executive decision making across the organization.
- Research ideas, market trends, operational opportunities, and strategic initiatives to support planning and future growth.
- Take ownership of smaller strategic and operational initiatives from planning through execution with a high level of accountability and follow through.
- Provide flexible support across executive and organizational priorities as business needs evolve.
- Help identify and solve issues as they arise by applying sound judgment, critical thinking, and a proactive approach.
- Partners functionally with leaders and teams across the organization to help move initiatives forward effectively and collaboratively.

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and directly relevant professional experience.
- Three or more years of experience in an analytical, strategic, consulting, project management, or executive office function.
- Prior exposure to luxury hospitality or service-driven industries is a meaningful advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build reports, dashboards, and financial or operational models that translate complexity into clarity.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with business intelligence or data visualization platforms is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present information for senior audiences.
