BHC Roofing - Residential Sales
BHC Roofing is actively looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused on meeting with homeowners, assessing roofing needs, and guiding customers through the process from estimate to close.
In this role, you will meet with homeowners, evaluate roofing needs, and provide clear, honest recommendations. You will guide customers through the process from initial appointment to signed agreement while delivering a professional, low-pressure experience.
We are looking for someone who communicates well, follows through, and takes pride in helping customers make the right decision for their home. This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential for someone who is driven and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments
- Perform roof inspections
- Explain roofing options and provide accurate estimates
- Follow up with prospects and maintain communication
- Close sales and secure signed agreements

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift 40-60 lbs
Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
