BHAV Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ-listed) is building the first AI-native SPAC platform where intelligent agents handle 80% of the deal workflow. We're looking for an AI/ML Engineering Intern to build and fine-tune AI agents for deal sourcing, target scoring, and financial modeling.
You'll work directly alongside executives and gain hands-on experience with GPT, Claude, and proprietary agent systems — all within a publicly traded company redefining capital markets.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field from an Ivy League or top-tier university
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
- Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to build and deploy multi-agent systems using tools such as Claude AI, Paperclip AI, or similar platforms
- Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Interest in finance, capital markets, or fintech is a plus
- Available for Summer 2026 (rolling admissions)
