Gegnat Inc. is seeking an AI/ML Lead with expertise in Clinical or Pharma to oversee and contribute to cutting-edge projects in the healthcare domain. This contract position is based on-site in New Brunswick, NJ. Responsibilities include leading AI/ML initiatives, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to identify innovative solutions, conducting in-depth research, providing subject matter expertise in clinical or pharmaceutical contexts, and delivering high-quality project outcomes. The role also involves mentoring and training team members to enhance performance and achieve organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Communication and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong background and expertise in Medicine, particularly within clinical or pharmaceutical domains.
• Experience in developing and delivering Training to enhance team expertise and capabilities.
• Advanced Research skills, including designing AI/ML models and data-driven problem solving.
• Proven track record in Clinical Research and application of AI/ML in healthcare settings.
• Leadership experience managing AI/ML projects within regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Medicine, or a related field is preferred.
