Description
The Human Resources Assistant supports the daily functions of the HR department by providing administrative, clerical, and operational support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role assists with employee records management, onboarding, attendance tracking, and general HR processes.
Requirements
Ability to support:
- Attendance tracking
- Disciplinary documentation
- New hire onboarding for hourly workforce
- Must handle sensitive employee information with discretion

Experience with:
- Employee records
- Onboarding / orientation
- Data entry and reporting

Proficient in:
