Position Summary -Responsible for managing product resources. Recognizing and resolving quantity discrepancies, making quantity reports, and preparing extensive quantitative statements that help with inventory control duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain and update records of truck inventory
Order supplies as necessary to keep report flow flowing
Employ computerized inventory software to keep track of all truck inventory
Review and analyze sales reports and check them against physical truck inventory
Interact with auditors and verify truck counts during floor plan audits
Support Company Accounting Department requests for inventory verification and locations
Address and resolve discrepancies in truck inventory and sales reports
Implement improved security and storage procedures to reduce loss and theft
Assist in maintaining inventory communication with the Sales Floors at the different locations
Work with store/location General Managers and Sales Managers to devise ways to maintain inventory control
Attend Store/Location meetings
Check in trucks to inventory system
Track and communicate all internal company truck transfers location to location
Track and communicate all truck inventory in remote locations, off of company property for body mounting or equipment installation
Track and communicate all dealer transfers and dealer transfer inquiries to management
Track and verify stock number labeling on each truck left front headlight
Assist with planning of truck inventory maintenance/manufacturer requirements
Place factory invoice on common drive and CRM
Act as help/support for Sales Team on CRM questions
Track and communicate all on order units to the Sales Team
Track and communicate all pending deals to the Sales Team
Edit and communicate all additions/deletions as communicated from the Sales Team to the Inventory Specialists
Other duties as assigned

Education General Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a fully accredited four- year college or university and
Minimum of four years’ related experience and/or training
Specific Experience
• Demonstrate ability to use inventory software
• Exhibit strong leadership skills
• Possess strong organizational skills
• Must have ability to read, interpret, and explain sales and inventory
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills
• Field experience recommended
• Software System knowledge required
• Ability to use Microsoft Office required
• Company experience recommended
• Possess a strong knowledge of truck inventory specifications and products
