BH WELL SERVICE LLC provides a wide range of oilfield services throughout Oklahoma, including Roustabout Services, Electrical Services, Contract Pumping, Tank Trucks, and Natural Gas Compression. We are actively expanding our compression division and are seeking a motivated leader to oversee our fleet of natural gas compressor packages and support continued growth.
Position Summary
The Field Service Manager will oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily operations of our natural gas compressor units. This individual will lead field personnel, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain equipment reliability, and help grow our compression business throughout
Oklahoma.Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of natural gas compressor units.
Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs.
Troubleshoot compressor, engine, and control system issues.
Coordinate field technicians and subcontractors.
Ensure safe and efficient operations in accordance with company and customer standards.
Maintain service records and inventory of parts and supplies.
Communicate with customers regarding equipment performance and service needs.
Assist with compressor installations and start-ups.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with operators and customers.
Identify opportunities to expand compression services and support business development.
Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications
Experience with natural gas compression equipment preferred.
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of engines, compressors, separators, and production equipment.
Leadership and personnel management experience.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to travel and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Experience
Ariel, Quincy, or similar compressor packages.
Wellhead units, Vapor Recovery Units (VRUs), and Gas Gathering systems.
PLC controls, electrical systems, and instrumentation.
Oil and gas production operations.
