We’re hiring a dependable Make Ready Technician to help prepare apartments for move‑in and support a well‑maintained community. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail‑oriented, quick on turns, and looking to prove themselves in a role with long‑term potential.
What You’ll Do- Prepare apartments for move‑in (make‑readies / unit turns)
- Perform painting, touch‑ups, and basic repairs
- Assist with cleaning and final move‑in readiness
- Support general maintenance and upkeep as needed
- Prior make‑ready or apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full schedule
- Comfortable with hands‑on, physical work
- Location: Taylors, SC 29687
- Pay: $18/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Start: IMMEDIATE
