Experienced Leasing Consultant (Contract)
Aurora, CO 80012
$23–$24/hour DOE | Monday–Saturday (Thursday off) | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Step into a fast‑paced apartment community where your leasing and sales expertise directly impacts occupancy and resident satisfaction. This contract role is ideal for an experienced multifamily leasing professional who knows how to close.
- Tour prospects and actively close leases to drive occupancy
- Follow up with leads, applications, and renewals
- Execute lease paperwork accurately and on time
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
- Maintain Fair Housing compliance at all times
- Utilize property management software to track traffic, leases, and reporting
- Apartment industry / multifamily leasing experience required
- Proven sales closing ability in a leasing environment
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitor positioning
- Experience with property management software Yardi, Knock, CRM
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Fair Housing knowledge and compliance required
