Responsibilities- To greet prospects, provide tours, and highlight community features
- To answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with resident inquiries
- To process applications and complete leasing paperwork
- To maintain accurate records in property management software
- To support renewals and daily office operations
- Multifamily/property management experience
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi, Onesite, Entrata, AppFolio, or RealPage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales and closing ability to support occupancy goals
- Fair housing knowledge
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn software systems
- Weekly pay
