Company DescriptionJoin a high‑energy leasing office where you’ll help prospects find their next home, drive occupancy, and work daily inside a modern CRM platform to support smooth operations and strong follow‑through.
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM
Pay: $20/hr
Type: Contract‑to‑Hire Role
- To greet prospects, provide tours, and close leases
- To manage leads and follow‑ups inside CRM IQ (Yardi)
- To process applications and move‑in documents
- To handle resident relations and office support tasks
- To maintain fair housing compliance and strong market knowledge
- At least 2 years of apartment leasing experience
- Experience using CRM IQ or similar CRM tools
- Strong sales closing and customer service ability
- Proficiency with computers and technology
- Ability to work the required schedule
- Weekly pay
