Position: Corporate Development Analyst

Role Overview:
The analyst will work closely with senior leadership and assist in evaluating, executing, and integrating transactions, while supporting broader financial and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models for M&A, divestitures, and capital projects
- Conduct industry, market, and competitive research
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for executive leadership and the board
- Support transaction due diligence, including data room analysis and coordination
- Assist with cross-functional collaboration during diligence and integration
- Support finance and corporate development special projects
- Review and assist with transaction-related legal and financial documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of corporate development, M&A, FP&A, or transaction-focused experience
- Strong financial analysis and modeling experience required
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles (GAAP)

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
