Bilingual Leasing Consultant

Join a high‑traffic apartment community where you’ll support tours, application processing, digital leasing tools, and resident relations. You’ll help drive occupancy through strong communication, sales skills, and platform knowledge.
- Conduct tours and guide prospects through the leasing process
- Process applications and prepare leasing documentation
- Use Entrada and digital tools for accurate data management
- Support marketing, follow‑ups, and sales efforts
- Assist with resident relations and daily office operations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Apartment industry leasing experience
- Fair Housing compliance knowledge
- Market knowledge and strong sales/closing ability to drive occupancy
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Weekly pay
