Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with personal injury litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is licensed in Texas and eager to represent clients in complex cases against large corporations and insurers. You will be trained and mentored by the best!
Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of personal injury litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
- Draft and argue motions, mediation briefs, and settlement demands to advance clients’ claims.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy on liability, damages, and insurance coverage.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and expert witnesses.
- Support senior attorneys in negotiating settlements and representing clients in court.
Qualifications
- J.D. and active license to practice law in Texas (required).
- 2–6 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or related practice areas.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for helping clients pursue justice against large corporations and insurance companies.
