Key Responsibilities
• Represent non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings at Immigration Court, USCIS, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
• Prepare defensive immigration applications, including I-589, 42A, 42B, I-485, SIJS, and PD requests.
• Review immigration applications and USCIS filings such as I-130, I-601A, and U-Visa petitions.
• Meet with clients to assess strategy, provide legal analysis, and guide them through the process.
• Manage and mentor a team of paralegals to ensure top-quality client service.
• Prepare and submit legal briefs for a range of immigration cases.

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Admitted to practice law in the United States.
• No prior experience necessary—comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and USCIS applications a plus.
• Familiarity with Case Management Software preferred.
