JAMIS Implementation & Optimization Consultants (Contract)
We have multiple upcoming client projects centered around JAMIS ERP, and we’re seeking experienced consultants with deep expertise in JAMIS to join our team. These engagements will involve complex system integrations, implementations, and process optimizations across fast-moving, growth-oriented organizations in the government contracting space.
Project Overview
The upcoming projects include:
- Integrating three companies into a centralized JAMIS environment — two currently on JAMIS and one on Unanet
- Implementing JAMIS for clients transitioning from QuickBooks and Unanet
- Supporting a scaling organization to enhance and automate operations, workflows, and reporting within JAMIS Prime 9.0 (newest version)
Ideal Candidates
We are looking for hands-on finance professionals with a strong government contracting background and significant JAMIS experience. Ideal candidates will have participated in at least one full JAMIS implementation lifecycle, including:
- System design and configuration
- Project management and coordination
- User acceptance testing and go-live support
Engagement Details
- Duration: Typically 4–6 months (varies by project)
- Environment: Fast-paced, client-facing, and highly collaborative
- Requirements: Proactive communication, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills
