What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Runner position at BGR the Burger Joint?

Tasks:
• Expedite the food coming from the kitchen to guests
• Read the ticket order and ensure the meal is complete prior to deliver to guests, this might include pouring beer/ wine to complete the order
• Helps with sorting out the ingredients needed to be grilled/ cooked
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of the orders
• As with other personnel, the tasks at times might include making sandwich, shakes, and assist in restaurant opening and closing.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in using POS System, computer, or other related machines
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to work with flexibility in a continuous schedule of day, nights, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
• Previous experience in cooking, cashier, culinary arts, or other related fields is preferred
