Experienced Apartment Punch Technician (Make Ready)

Location: Clearwater, FL

Ready to put your maintenance skills to work with a team that keeps apartment communities looking their best? We're seeking a dependable Make Ready Technician who takes pride in preparing vacant units for new residents and creating exceptional first impressions.

• Prepare vacant apartment homes for move-in by completing make-ready turns
• Paint, clean, and perform minor repairs to walls, doors, fixtures, and flooring
• Replace light fixtures, blinds, hardware, and other unit components as needed
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC-related maintenance tasks
• Ensure units meet quality standards and are move-in ready on schedule

• Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the day

• EPA Certification a plus
• Experience working in multifamily housing communities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
