Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (certification required)
- Troubleshoot and repair household appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc.)
- Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and minor carpentry
- Assist with unit turns and ensure apartments are move-in ready
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment throughout the property
Qualifications:
- HVAC certification required
- Proven experience in apartment or property maintenance
- Strong appliance repair skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must have basic tools and transportation
