Apartment Maintenance Technician

Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in property maintenance and unit turns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Assist with apartment unit turns (make-readies)
- Perform grounds upkeep, including trash removal and general cleanliness
- Handle general maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repairs
- Help maintain a safe and well-kept community for residents
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance or related industry experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively
- Reliable and punctual
Dress Code:
- Work boots required
- Pants (no shorts)
- Shirts with no large or inappropriate lettering
