Location: Los Angeles, CA 90012
Compensation: $24/hr
Our Senior Living property is home to a vibrant community of older adults whose primary language is Mandarin or Cantonese. We’re looking for a warm, upbeat, and patient Leasing Consultant who can communicate with residents in their native language and help create a welcoming environment.
What You’ll Do- Guide prospective residents and families through the leasing process
- Support current residents with daily questions and needs
- Maintain leasing data using Yardi or RealPage
- Contribute to a positive, community‑focused atmosphere
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- A friendly, energetic personality
- Patience and empathy when working with seniors
- Experience with Yardi or RealPage
