ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design, layout, formatting, and production of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other client deliverables.
- Ensure all materials meet BF&S brand standards and are visually consistent, professional, and polished.
- Incorporate graphics, charts, tables, and other visual elements for clarity and impact.
- Collaborate with proposal writers, project managers, and technical staff to integrate content into visually effective formats.
- Oversee reproduction, binding, and delivery of proposals in both digital and hardcopy formats.
- Maintain and update proposal templates, graphics libraries, and design resources.
- Supporting Writing & Content Responsibilities (Secondary Focus)
- Assist with minor content editing for grammar, formatting, and consistency.
- Ensure proposals and client materials meet submission requirements and deadlines.
- Support marketing collateral and presentations as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred; relevant experience considered.
- Expertise in Adobe InDesign; strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in document layout, design, and production, ideally for proposals, presentations, or marketing materials.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Basic technical writing or editing skills preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative work across teams.
