EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in engineering from four-year college or university.
- 0-4 years relevant work experience and have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam.
- Proficient in modeling software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other software such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Bluebeam Revu.
SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to participate and collaborate in project team setting and to engage in creative and critical thought.
- Ability to research and interpret design guidance material and apply it to drawings, plans, and reports.
- Ability to interpret sketches, drawings, building program and other similar material.
- Ability to communicate effectively to project managers, team members, Federal/State agencies, clients, and contractors.
- Strong verbal communications skills.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public are essential.
