Title: CLD Transfer Tractor Driver - Second Shift: 11:00 am to finish

BFS Services, Inc is a leader full service 3PL provider in Dallas/Fort Worth. We pride ourselves for providing excellent, timely and accurate delivery service to our customers. We are looking for energetic, personable, and safe transfer driver to join our company, and be part of this exciting growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer trailers throughout the shift from our customers' 2 locations to BFS warehouse and return empty trailers back to customer.
• Pull trailers in the order in which they are loaded.
• Close interaction with dispatch and warehouse personnel
• Must be efficient and able to maintain a consistent flow of freight.
• Drive safety in inclement weather
• Perform pre and post trip vehicle inspection report
• Close interactions with management at customer locations and complete trailer moves requested by customer.

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum of three years driving experience, clean driving record.
• Current DOT medical card
• Abide by all Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
• Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience
• Strength to lift up to 70 pounds plus bending and twisting
• Work well independently
• Open and transparent communication
• Familiarity with GPS devices or map apps
• Able to lift packages up to 70 pounds and bend and twist as necessary.
• Must be able to driver a manual transmission. No automatic restriction.

Benefits:

Full benefits after 60 days

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 /hour depending on classification and experience.

Monday - Friday approximately 40 hours per week.
