Furniture Installation Technician / Box Truck Driver

What You’ll Do
- Deliver, assemble, and install desks, workstations, conference tables, cabinets, seating, and other commercial furniture.
- Safely drive a company box truck and complete vehicle checks.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload furniture.
- Read installation drawings and follow manufacturer instructions.
- Use hand and power tools to complete accurate, quality work.
- Handle furniture moves, breakdowns, and reconfigurations.
- Protect furniture and customer spaces.
- Complete photos, delivery paperwork, and customer signoffs.
- Help with warehouse receiving, storage, and loading.
- Keep tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas organized.
What We Need
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Previous box-truck driving experience.
- Hands-on experience with furniture installation, assembly, carpentry, cabinets, moving, or a related trade.
- Your own basic hand tools and confidence using power tools.
- Reliable transportation, attendance, and communication.
- Ability to safely lift and move furniture using proper equipment and team lifting.
- A professional attitude and willingness to follow directions.
- Flexibility for early starts, occasional overtime, weekend projects, and overnight travel.
- A DOT medical card or ability to obtain one when required for company driving.
Commercial furniture experience, forklift experience, and the ability to lead or train a crew are a plus.
