Beztak is looking to hire a Housekeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for cleanliness in all aspects of the community, including resident units and common areas
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for providing a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community
- Assists with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction; such as laundry or other tasks which may be assigned
- Ensures proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community
- Must be able to identify and then either correct or report safety hazards
- Reports supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing
- Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills
- Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
- Have a caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to identify issues before they occur
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- One-year experience in the professional cleaning industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS:
Beztak and All Seasons complete pre-employment testing in accordance with company policies and all state-requirements. This includes criminal background checks, fingerprinting (where applicable) and drug testing.

Arizona applicants will need to obtain a fingerprint clearance card, TB test and clear the Adult Protective Services registry.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
