The Store Manager is an on-site, full-time role based in San Jose, CA. This role entails leading daily store operations, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service and an inclusive shopping experience. Responsibilities include setting sales goals, monitoring performance, maintaining inventory, and fostering a welcoming store environment that upholds the brand's values. The Store Manager will collaborate with company leadership to implement strategies and meet business objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

• Retail management experience, leadership, and team development skills with a focus on fostering teamwork and motivation.
• Proficiency in customer service, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Knowledge in sales operations, achieving sales targets, and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for active lifestyle or fashion and alignment with Beyond Yoga’s values of inclusivity and body positivity.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience with retail-focused software and technologies preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in business or retail management is a plus.
