What You’ll Be Doing:

Efficiently schedule and dispatch installation jobs to keep operations running smoothly

Coordinate with customers and vendors to build strong, reliable relationships

Make sure our installers have the tools, materials, and information they need to succeed

Keep communication clear and consistent across all departments and projects

Manage inventory, materials, and resources to support efficient job completion

Handle permits and job documentation with precision

Participate in the call queue and join our on-call Saturday rotation (once a month)
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for home services or trade school education)

Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles — plumbing or construction experience is a big plus

Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office (ServiceTitan knowledge is a bonus!)

Organized, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining strong communication

Committed to providing excellent customer service
Please Note: This is an in-office role based in Taylor, Texas. Daily commuting is required.
