Beyond TalentEdge has a direct hire opportunity for an Infill Specialist (Property Preparation Technician). Our client is the owner/operator of manufactured home communities they are expanding their portfolio and therefore expanding their team.
This Direct Hire opportunity comes with some great benefits including your day and pay starts when you leave your home and ends when you return home. This position can include the following - Clearing lots and installing utilities to pouring concrete and performing property walkthroughs, this role requires a strong work ethic, mechanical know-how, and a commitment to quality. You will work closely with other team members and departments, often serving as a liaison with contractors and supporting seasonal needs such as snow removal.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare lots for new homes by clearing old homes, trees, brush, and utilities
- Install essential utilities such as water, sewer, electric, and gas lines
- Pour concrete pads and repair gravel driveways and walkways
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment like tractors, backhoes, and trailers
- Keep grounds clean, pick-up trash, and assist with snow removal in the winter
- Track time, material usage, and maintenance tasks in property management software
- Oversee outside contractors when needed and ensure work meets company standards
- Perform regular property inspections to maintain community quality
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Education/Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 2 years of experience in grounds, maintenance, construction, or a related field
- Equipment operation and maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (required)
- Are available for overtime, emergency calls, and weekend work as needed
