Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate has experience working with children with a variety of communication and developmental needs and is confident providing individualized, engaging therapy.
This role is perfect for an SLP who loves working with children and is experienced in treating complex pediatric cases, including neurodiverse and sensory-based populations.
Duties
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality, play-based therapy sessions for pediatric clients
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD and attention challenges
- Sensory processing differences
- Articulation and phonological disorders
- Expressive and receptive language delays
- Fluency disorders (stuttering)
- Implement and support AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication) systems and devices
- Use evidence-based and sensory-friendly strategies to support regulation and engagement
- Collaborate with families to provide education and home strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team ST/OT
Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs considered with support available)
- Experience working with pediatric populations required
- Strong experience with autism, ADHD, sensory needs, and behavioral support
- Experience with AAC devices and communication systems
- Knowledge of play-based and child-led therapy approaches
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible hours available
- No weekends required
