Large Format Production
Reports to: Production Manager
Supervises: to be determined FLSA Status: Hourly Non-
Exempt
Salary Range: $ 18-25/hr. based on
experience
Summary: A finisher works closely with the coordinator and management team to take printed, vector cut, lasered, engraved and even raw materials to the final stage of production to meet customers expectations within a budget.
Essential Functions
Work in the manufacturing departments of a company to carry out consistent company standards:
- Read all orders before starting jobs
- Customer Satisfaction
- Communicating with account representatives, management and customers about project expectations and deliveries.
- Keeping Production software recording up to date.
- Creative thinking
- Sewing and grommeting
- Weeding vector product
- Assembling of multiple prints and products
- Monitoring Inventories in his department
- Packing and shipping
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional manufacturing environment. Proper Safety precautions must be followed.

Sewing machine, grommet machine, sharp instruments, machines involving heat
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
1st shift- 40 hours per week- all overtime must be approved prior to working
Travel
Very limited local travel is needed.
