We are currently hiring a Telehealth BCBA to join our team remotely. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while still making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and reassessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to RBTs remotely
- Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions
- Monitor client progress and update programming as needed
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with families and clinical staff

Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Telehealth experience preferred, but not required
- Multi-state licensure is a plus
