Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in South Miami, FL as a Real Estate Operations Coordinator.
This position plays a key leadership role in managing real estate transactions nationwide while driving operational efficiency through process improvement and automation.
Duties
- Lead the MLS operations team, ensuring smooth communication.
- Review real estate disclosures, listing agreements, ownership documents, and ALTA settlement statements.
- Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining property listings on the MLS.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, title attorneys, and internal teams to maintain proper data.
- Use internal tools to track and organize documents for a large volume of real estate transactions nationwide.
Requirements
- Experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination and Compliance.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Customer service–oriented personality.
- Real estate license is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to work on-site at our South Miami, FL office (this is not a remote position).
