What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transaction Assistant position at Million Colombia | Cutting-edge Real Estate Solutions?
We are looking for our next Transaction Assistant, who will be part of our Realty team, assisting both our Broker and Transaction Coordinator in every financial and administrative documents related to our sales closing process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Tracking of the financial activites of the company; regarding comissions, taxes and of the payment structure for each of our luxury real estate projects.
- Directly assisting our Broker and Transaction coordinator.
- Document support throughout the entire sales process.
- Lease and renewal document management.
Requirements:
- Work days from Tuesday to Saturday (Monday and Sunday off) 9am to 6pm.
- C1-C2 English level.
- Bilingual administrative, legal assistant or financial assistant ( 2 years).
- Previous experience assisting high executives.
- High attention to detail and organization in document management.
- High Excel skills.
