Manager

Description

• Responsible for all aspects of day to day store operations to include: Customer service, employee relations and retention, inventory control and purchasing of certain items, cash accountability, safety and store security, shrink awareness and loss prevention, accurate pricing with store signage 
• Assist all customers while on retail sales floor maintaining our customer first policy 
• Meet sales goals by mentoring, motivating, training and providing feedback to your associates 
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures 
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers 
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards 
• Propose innovative ideas to increase sales and market share 
• Conduct personnel performance reviews to asses training needs and build career opportunities 
• Support and implement programs, plans and procedures as developed by the corporate office 
• Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by corporate 

Qualifications

• Extremely organized and detail orientated, high energy and able to prioritize 
• 3 plus years experience including managing a team in a retail establishment. Liquor store experience a plus 
• Ability to manage and lead a team of 5 or more people 
• Ability to work in a ever-changing, fast pace environment 
• Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time 
• Availability to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday 
• Ability to work 40-50 hours per week 
• Must be 21
