Beverly Law Firm, an award-winning and fast-growing personal injury firm, is looking for a Case Manager Trainee ready to step into a long-lasting career, not just a job.
This role is built for people who have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the drive to grow, but haven’t yet had the opportunity to officially work as a Case Manager.
If you’ve worked in client-facing roles, handled difficult conversations, managed multiple priorities, or supported legal or medical teams, this is your chance to take the next step!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Communicating with clients and guiding them through their case
- Helping manage and organize case files from start to finish
- Supporting case strategy and day-to-day case progress
- Working closely with attorneys, case managers, and support teams
- Learning how to advocate for clients and push cases forward
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations with empathy and confidence
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Problem-solver with a sense of urgency
- Driven, reliable, and eager to grow
- Team player with a positive attitude

- Experience in personal injury, legal support, medical offices, insurance, or customer service
