- Manage patient scheduling, confirm appointments, and handle cancellations/rescheduling
- Handle patient registration, insurance verification, and payment processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field or experience in a dental office preferred
