: Test Center Proctor
: Chief Examiner or Test Administrator
: The Test Center Proctor is responsible for supervising and monitoring students during examinations to ensure the integrity of the testing process and adherence to all rules and procedures. This role includes preventing cheating, distributing materials, and maintaining a secure, orderly and professional testing environment.
: Up to 12 hours per week
- Must arrive 30 minutes prior to test takers arrival
- Fridays: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM (7 hours)
- Wednesdays: 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM (5 hours)
: $25.00 per hour
- Review daily testing schedule and prepare the testing room in accordance to regulations
- Greet test takes and direct them to their assigned seating
- Distribute and collect test materials individually
- Provide guidance on general procedural questions
- Read standardized test instructions to students following proper protocol
- Record start and end times for each paper-based test
- Actively monitor the testing room to ensure proper procedures are being followed
- Report any irregularities to the Chief Examiner or Test Administrator
- Ensure no unauthorized devices (e.g., cell phones) are used during the testing
- Verify that prohibited materials or testing aids are not being used in the test center, during the administration and during any breaks

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to interact professionally and courteously with test takers and test center personnel
- Must be able to explicitly follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to observe and document instances of misconduct or theft of test materials
- Must not be involved in high school equivalency instruction
Pay: $25.00 per hour
