**Job Title: Experienced Welder (TIG) - 1st Shift**

**Position Overview:**

We’re excited to invite a skilled TIG Welder to our production team on the 1st Shift! You’ll perform precise welding tasks to meet our high standards, ensuring excellence in every project. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform TIG welding on various metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, following technical drawings and specifications.
• Set up welding machines and equipment for optimal performance, ensuring proper calibration and the use of appropriate materials.
• Inspect welds to verify they meet company quality standards, and conduct repair welding when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  
  

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder or in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of welding symbols and specifications.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve production goals.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic knowledge of safety guidelines and quality assurance standards in a welding environment.
• Certification in welding technology or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
  
  

**Work Schedule:**

• Full-time position with a schedule of first shift hours (6 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday).
• Flexibility to work optional overtime if required to meet production deadlines
