We are currently looking to hire 2 DSP's for a client in Lebanon, OH who requires Monday through Sunday care. Hours are Monday through Friday 2:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Can possibly alternate hours/weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Implement individualized care plans and monitor client progress.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate health records.
- Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote engagement.
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience in direct care or support roles is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and possible overnights.
- Basic knowledge of CPR and first aid is advantageous.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Commitment to promoting independence and dignity for clients.
