Pay
- Starting pay rate is based on prior experience and based on a per consumer rate.
- Pay schedule is a per month basis.
- A maximum case load includes at least 43 consumers.
- Starting per consumer rate will be discussed during the interview.
Minimum requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Three years of paid, supervised experience in developmental disabilities, special education, mental health, counseling, guidance, social work, or health and rehabilitative services.
- Or a master’s degree in a related field which can be substituted for one year of the required experience.
