About the Role:
The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and a welcoming environment within residential or commercial properties. This position ensures that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to the overall comfort and satisfaction of residents, guests, or clients. The Housekeeper is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, while also managing laundry and restocking supplies as needed. Attention to detail and adherence to health and safety guidelines are essential to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a hygienic environment. Ultimately, the Housekeeper supports the smooth operation of the facility by creating a clean, safe, and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning services is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, safety guidelines, and cleaning procedures.
- Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic communication skills to interact professionally with supervisors and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in housekeeping or hospitality services.
- Experience working in hotel, healthcare, or large residential settings.
- Knowledge of environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor polishers or carpet cleaners.

Responsibilities:
