We’re seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative who shares our commitment to personal service and integrity. In this role, you’ll handle client inquiries, process policy changes, and ensure our customers receive the best coverage and support possible. You’ll work in the office alongside a small, experienced team that collaborates daily and truly cares about each other’s success.
- Base salary: $60,000-$85,000 (based on experience)

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Previous P&C insurance experience is required
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a small-team environment
- Proficiency with digital tools, software, and online portals
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service and support to new and existing clients
- Prepare insurance quotes and review policy options with clarity and confidence
- Recommend coverage changes and ensure clients’ needs are met accurately
- Conduct annual policy reviews and handle renewals, billing issues, and rewrites as needed
- Maintain accurate records and consistent communication within the team
- Stay current with CE credits to maintain your Property & Casualty license
