BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to join their team based in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, both technical and corporate within the iGaming industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates from local and global markets.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS.
- Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the iGaming industry.
- Proven experience recruiting for both IT Hiring( Backend, Front end, QA, Mobile, etc) and Corporate hiring ( Marketing, Operations, Designer, etc).
- Senior/Executive roles recruitment experience is a must.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in-office.
