As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties:
- Sell insurance policies to individuals
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Experience:
- Must have a 240/215 license
- Call center Experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to market insurance products effectively
- Retail sales experience is a plus
