BetterCleans is actively seeking experienced and dependable residential cleaners to join our contractor network in the Milwaukee area. We operate in Milwaukee and surrounding cities including Wauwatosa, Brookfield, Waukesha, Mequon, Franklin, New Berlin, and more.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position—you are not an employee. You choose your own schedule, work when and where you want, and focus entirely on cleaning. We take care of customer service, marketing, scheduling, and billing so you can grow your own business with ease.

Job Types: Contractor / Flexible Schedule
Pay Range: $500–$2500/week, plus 100% of tips
Expected Hours: 10–40 hours per week
Duties Include:
- Routine, deep, and move-in/out residential cleanings
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, surface sanitizing, oven/fridge cleaning, etc.
- Managing time independently and providing top-tier customer service
