Typical Day / Main Responsibilities
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, entryways
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize high-touch surfaces
- Clean inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets (as requested)
- Handle floor care (hard floors carpet spot cleaning / vacuuming)
- Laundry (bedding, towels) when part of the client package
- Follow each client’s personalized preferences and checklists
- Leave every home noticeably cleaner and fresher than when you arrived
- Communicate kindly and professionally with homeowners
What we’re looking for
- Previous house cleaning, residential cleaning, Airbnb turnover, or hotel housekeeping experience (strongly preferred)
- Comfortable working independently at clients’ homes
- Good attention to detail — you notice things others miss
- Reliable transportation and smartphone
- Physically able to lift 20–30 lbs, bend, kneel, stand for several hours
- Honest, trustworthy, and enjoy making people happy
- Comfortable following specific client instructions
- Nice to have: experience with green cleaning products, deep cleaning moves, or organizing
