BetterCare / Northern Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our established outpatient practice serving the North Country. For more than 25 years, our clinics have provided patient-centered care to help members of our community recover, move better, and return to the activities they enjoy.
We are a stable, locally owned practice with a strong referral network and collaborative clinical team, offering an excellent opportunity for therapists who value hands-on care and meaningful patient relationships.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide evidence-based treatment including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State
- Strong communication and patient care skills
